What a revelatory conversation!!!! Wow.!!! ... And one realizes that usually such profound revelations are beautifully quite effortless and simple... and one is already designed to live in fullness(in Him). Thank you earnestly Doctor (you truly deserve that title).

I loved the abundant mentality section he spoke about, and how the lack of this revelation of God's love created a self-centred life..

I love this so much. When we realize that there is always more than enough in our Father reminds me that Yana Sanders said in Hebrew the 23 psalm really says I have no defects for I shall not want. Wow Jesus thank for the revelation

This was really good. One thing; we need to stop recommending yoga because it is a Hindu spiritual practice that happens to have some physical benefits. Perhaps Pilates would be a good substitute.

This was such a great interview. I love the combination of faith and science. God created a beautiful and perfect body equipped to heal. learning how the mind and body function brings understanding and healing. Wisdom to embrace what the body has been created to do. Our bodies are resilient! “The body is equipped to face adversity” I can so relate to this statement; I’ve lived it and have witnessed it in others. I loved the emphasis on rest; if more and more people understood the depths of rest and how it was a gift given to us…. Rest makes room for us to heal emotionally, physically, and mentally. Getting our body out of stress through grace was another one that resonated deeply with me. God's grace and learning to embody this act of love are powerful for our mind and body. This was such a beautiful interview. 🙏🏽🤍 thank you

I agree with a couple of the comments about yoga. It has no place in a believer's life. It was mentioned that doctor Pete is in the United States but where does he have his practice?

Matthew 6: 25-34 (the words of Jesus) Do Not Worry 25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[a]? 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you-you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
