Exactly. ”Don’t emotionally embrace it“ love that explanation! If we dropped the attachment to the problem, chilled out and at ease, things would work out like magic. Personally, whenever I’m the most detached from people and stuff, completely focussed on myself and self love, feeling confident, almost feeling slightly indifferent about everything (not in a lethargic way), the things in my life work out so much better without doing ANY technique whatsoever. Have you ever read the books by Richard Dotts? He also kind of talks about it. He calls it going to ”Not-Mind“, so dropping the thoughts about the issue (basically like meditation) 😊

Thank you. This makes sense. I follow Joe Dispenzas group and some of them are meditating up to 5 hours a day to get healthy. It’s kind of discouraging to me. And confusing.
