That's a beautiful message you guys are sharing! It's such an empowerment to be able to grow your own food and become less dependent on supermarkets and big intenational companies importing food from other side of the world. Our everyday choices have a huge impact on our planet. I also eat HCLF(High carb low fat diet) because i found it the best way to heal, where nothing else worked for me in order to overcome some health issues I've been dealing with. We need more happy thriving vegans like You! Thank You for sharing Your journey with us 💜💛🧡

Looks amazing! Thank you for sharing You're kind of entovegan with insects, it's probably natural for us to have them in the fruit to get whatever people normally lack when they eat store bought vegan and if it's not organic...

Never heard that term! We are not very attached to labels :). We don't mean to eat the insects actually but it's just happens when you eat organic directly from the tree.

6:30 - tip for picking cactus fruit (aka prickly pears) - I carry a thick rubber glove with me when exploring or foraging as well as a small piece of sanding paper. The globe makes it easy to pick the cactus fruit, and then i remove the spikes using the sanding paper all. Over the prickly pear. This then makes it easy to transport the cactus fruit. Enjoy

Advise for the cactus fruits.. Take a fork. Stick it into one. You can easily take them off. Now cut the fruit into half. Take a spoon and enjoy :-) You don't even need to touch them by hand.

Nice, thank you for the advice, we tried many tricks but the spikes allows end up in our clothes somehow. I will try your method next time. So basically it's to cut the spikes first and open it and eat after you clean it?

According to Herodotus "Histories" (written 2500 years ago!) Ethiops life was 120 yrs and more on boiled meat and milk only (milk not boiled! and not the market one...). Pliny the Elder, Natural History book 7 (modern times): "At the outset therefore the variations in the science itself show how uncertain the matter is. In addition there are the experiences of the last census, held within the last four years by the Emperors Caesar Vespasian father and son as censors. Nor is it necessary to ransack all the records: we will only produce cases from the middle region between the Apennines and the Po. Three persons declared 120 years at Parma and one at Brixillum; two at Parma 125; one man at Placentia and one woman at Faventia 130; Lucius Terentius son of Marcus at Bononia 135; Marcus Aponius 140 and Tertulla 137 at Ariminum. In the hills this side of Placentia is the township of Veleia, where six declared 110 years, four 120, one (Marcus Mucius Felix, son of Marcus, of the Galerian tribe) 150. And, not to delay with further instances in a matter of admitted fact, the census registered in the eighth region of Italy 54 persons of 100 years of age, 14 of 110, 2 of 125, 4 of 130, the same number of 135 or 137, 3 of 140"... Vege? no thanks... Enjoy food of my food.

As one evolves spiritually in pursuit of Cosmic CHRIST Consciousness, the desire to consume flesh will fall away naturally. A fully God-realized holy man or woman refuses to participate in the slaughter of animals. All carnal desires fall away naturally as one's mortal consciousness expands, degree by degree, into the exalted state of Divine (Christ) Consciousness.

Yah sure we know it's not a long term solution, this is why we were planting more trees and long term goal is to have our land in a tropical climate.
