Living in a van in the most expensive country in the world - it's tricky! (winter van life)
As our journey in our self converted campervan across Switzerland continues we start to find out how hard it can be attempting winter van life in the world most expensive country. Wild camping is illegal, camp sites are closed, and if you can find one that's open, they're expensive. Campers and motorhomes just aren't welcome for wild camping in the main tourist areas (or anywhere even remotely close) which is perfectly fine, you just need to be prepared for that before you come here, which is well worth it, as the scenery is astounding and the people are lovely!
With all that being said, we visit the beautiful city of Lucerne with its ancient wooden bridges and still find some beautiful scenery to surround ourselves with. If you stick around we think its going to be tough, however, if we can find somewhere open to stay then boy do we think its going to be worth it..

Hopefully you are enjoying this European travel series as much as we are and we are managing to show you just some of the stunning landscapes that France has to offer in this French travel vlog.
As usual, we have tried to include a bit of everything, some cinematic scenery mixed with our usual female van life foolery, we always love hearing what you lot think in the comments so do let us know, and as always, thank you for watching!
Follow us on our journey as we attempt to create a proper youtube travel series as we, two female travelers and vanlifers, attempt to travel across Europe in our rolling tiny home.
