Oman is for those who want peace and quiet, respect, love nature & most importantly love the authentic Arab culture. Do not go there with bad uk manners, smile, give salaam, most importantly respect the Omani culture, try your best to learn Arabic, English is not widely spoken like in Dubai, learn the Omani dialect, other than that Enjoy :)

Aslm my brother. I’m from the uk and a few years back I decided to open a restaurant in muscat Oman. It’s doing well Allhamdulillah. They have a very strong currency so at time of initial investment it was painful changing Sterling to OMR. Will be back there next month Inshaalah.

Hello, mind if you can visit Kuwait? It might not have touristic activities, but it’s worth a try for a few days. I recommend you to visit Souk Al Mubarikiya, Avenues, Shaheed park, or the beach next to the Kuwait Towers
