Forget it man there are so many people I've met in the city who are obviously driven but just happened to fall into some niche or weird job that makes so much money it makes your head spin as to why you're still struggling. Comparatively to the world its not a lot of people but the density of them in Manhattan will make you feel like an abject failure sometimes.

I thought this was a really early video, it’s so different from what he usually does. I had to check the date just to be sure!

Considering it's NYC, it really is not bad. Most New Yorker's are use to the small living spaces. I Personally think it has potential. Not for the Person who has a lot of stuff !

Where I live (Chile) you can live on a huuuuuge house for around 1500 dollars. For 6000 you can actually live on a Mansion

He charges $20 for 3 tubes. No wonder he can live in that place.

I thought the same thing at first but, it's all made in USA and natural ingredients. I could buy a 3 pack and it would last my entire life. That's how often I use lip balm. When back in stock I will place an order to support a local product.

Not too bad. I use Sun Bum lip balm all year round. It’s about $4 per tube. This is a couple dollars more.

I'd rather save the 3k. That place looked fine to me. Space is so much more important than pretty finishes. Plus, when you rent a place that looks like this from the start then you will not have to be perfect about the condition all the time. There is a lot of liberty in grunge.
