As a fellow Korean person, I am proud of her and her mom for their humble beginnings and hard-working nature. However, I think she's a bit naive and presumptuous to already start thinking about scaling her ice cream shop to a 3rd, 4th, and 5th store locations. I think she should keep focusing on her 2 locations before scaling outwards. Scaling your business too quickly always comes with a lot of risks, and you can't assume that customer demand, product quality, and costs will stay constant with additional brick and mortor stores. Ambition is a double-edged sword: it can elevate or sink your business. Times are always good when the money is rolling in, so you need to take a long term view on things before expanding too quickly.

Nobody else is going to take the risk. You have to. Next year I will be debt free and I want to treat my mum with a trip on a cruiseship. Very relatable, I am not a morning person and probably will never be, so I do my paperwork at night and early on I realized I was never going to work in an office. HUSTLE mindset clash with life all companies need to realize it
