@Keith Jackson I lived in Texas, Amarillo and Kyle, and Tennessee is better lol. Tennessee is bit as hot and dry as Texas and car and renters insurance is way cheaper here. @Keith Jackson oh I loved it lol. Everyone I knew in that area grocery shopped in Texas and there was a wonderful Mexican restaurant near the grocery store so we'd eat lunch and then grocery shop. Texas has the best Mexican restaurants, especially the little family-owned hole in the walls. Tennessee has a couple of taco trucks that have the best tongue tacos and there is a tiny little store that sells Mexican food items and if you walk all the way to the back they have a deli that cooks authentic Mexican food which is too die for. The best tamales I ever had were bought off the side of the road in SanMarcos Texas out of the trunk of a car. If you ever see an older model car that's very well taken care of and the trunk is open with a tamales sign you should stop and buy some because I promise you'll be in for a treat.
