Good video. If your Grey bites try to think why she did it. That is what I did. One reason she did was that she knows she is top bird and I had fed the other bird first. Remember to give attention and food to your top bird first. Also bit me when I went to put in or take out her extra food cup. Had to convince her she would get the food and not lose it. Also I took a course on animal communication. They can read your mind. What you are thinking comes to them as pictures. If you think your bird will bite it will. Do not think it will bite and no picture will be available for them to see. Try to think of something pleasant or tasty. Your way is also very correct,.
