I also take take Tumeric. It helps with inflammation. I was diagnosed at 31 with Lupus, I've been on a lot of different medications. I only do the Tumeric now and my vitamins. I'm 61 I've lived with Lupus a very long time the fatigue and my skin discoloration is the worst. However I rest when I need to and moisturize, so I'm good.

Make sure your B-complex has B-12 because that's what gives energy. Also most people with Lupus have a vitamin D deficiency....the best type of Vitamin D is....(vitamin D3). Probiotics are also good.

I was diagnosed in 2007. I just found out that my blood work showed I had lupus a long time before that. I have been sent to psychiatrists and told there is nothing wrong with me even standing in front of the doctors with a perfect butterfly rash on my face, hair falling out, and swollen head to toe, no one cared. Until this year. I just almost crawled into a new doc office. Finally someone to take this serious. He was shocked that no one has had me on meds, now I have lupus nephritis. I just started plaquenil. I also just started aip diet. I'm sad that not one of my docs over the years cared. I subscribed to this and your channel now. ❤️

I was diagnosed with lupus on August 6th 2019 and I’m really stressed really sad to deal with this. Hi there! I am doing well, thank you so much for the concern. I’m silvery sorry for your diagnosis, I’ve been living with lupus for a while now and my best advice is to learn your body and take the wheel. I havnt taken meds for almost 7 years now. Try to maintain stress and always listen to your body. Be strong and you will be ok! You got this warrior!

Sapphire Victoria ok... how can I tell if what I feel is a flare or just a regular symptom? And how can I tell if it’s a continuous flare or lil different ones? All this is so new to me. I was thinking that maybe I have been showing mild symptoms for maybe many years and didn’t know it was associated with lupus?🤷🏻♀️Thank u for replying to me. I appreciate all the help I can get.
