Hello and welcome.
I invite you to watch a video from my bicycle trip to #Wales. I started the journey in #Bromyard, heading towards #Hereford but due to heavy traffic, I changed my direction a bit. At the cost of two extra climbs, I avoided all the traffic and calmly, and most importantly #SAFELY#, continued cycling towards Pontrillas.
Only then did the real fun of cycling begin. The views, nature, and variable terrain had a positive impact on the next stage of the journey. As usual, #Llanthony Priory did not disappoint.# Gospel Pass And climbing several kilometers on the highest road in Wales was the cherry on the cake of this route. A short drive through # Hay on Wye (once again I will stay there longer) and the way back to Bromyard through picturesque towns and villages meant that the fatigue was not noticeable (well, maybe it will take a little longer for my butt to recover :)) The route was originally planned for 178 km. It was 10 km less for the reason described above... Safety above all!! I will definitely come back there, but this time with a ⛺️ So expect a video of the ruins of #Llanthony Priory.
If you want to go to this place by car, there is: free parking, toilets with running water, a cafe where you can eat something hot, coffee, tea, soft drinks and many snacks including cheesecake :) Camping right at the entrance to the area costs £5 per person (without comfort).
This entire area is a private area made available to visit the ruins of a phenomenal church and learn about the history of this place. And it is worth getting to know it because there are many interesting events related to this place. Of course, it is a sacred building, so silence, cleanliness, and personal culture must be maintained at an appropriate level.
Greetings to everyone!!!
Witam serdecznie.
Wyszlo 10km mniej z wyzej juz opisanego powodu... Bezpieczenstwo ponad wszystko!!
Pozdrawiam wszystkich !!!
