2 large Daikon Radish
1 cup of dried shrimp
½ cup of dried Earwood mushrooms
½ cup of fried shitake mushrooms
4 to 5 Chinese sausages
4 cups of rice flour
½ cup of corn starch
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 cups of water
Heat water and bring to a soft boil, add dried mushrooms and shrimp to a bowl and add water. Soak for at least 10 minutes.
Grate Daikon
Cook daikon on low for 10 min then reserve it for later
Drain the mushrooms and shrimp and reserve the water for later use,
Chop mushrooms, shrimp and Chinese sausage
Cook Sausage and lightly brown them
Add mushrooms and shrimp cook evenly
Add daikon to wok and stir fry it all together
In a large mixing bowl combine rice flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar and white pepper
Add mushroom and shrimp water/ mix well
Add your stir fired mix to the flour batter and fold in ingredients
Oil 3 9inch cake pans
Fill with mixture
Steam on high for 50 min
Let cool for one hour
Slice and fry and enjoy 😊
Dipping sauce
2 cup of water
4 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of sesame oil
