Welcome back from Maui Hawaii. I started watching your videos when I was thinking about getting a cdl but decided to stay with my job as a corrections officer. Now I just find these videos relaxing.

I don’t blame you one bit, dealing with receivers can make it way too frustrating, and the pay isn’t where it should be for large format. This is great 🔥

I'm at pepsi too. 8 months in I hate it. Same exact problems you experienced but I'm a geo driver so it's even worse. Every day is a struggle to not walk out and quit. I hope I find something like you did.

Im Starting a geo position with Pepsi next week just got back from 3 months over the road with western. I can say the pay will already be much better than western express. Just grateful to be at a local position to get more class a experience.

@chaunceywilson3325 good luck, dude. Maybe your location will be better than mine. I was in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm at a much better company and deliver nothing but palletized water. All I do is drive and they unload and local too. If you're trying to build experience, then pepsi works. It's just my opinion that you do not wanna stay there for more than a year. Your body will start feeling it after a few months.

The best driving jobs i had were local, and weren't trucking companies. Just companies that used a couple truck to facilitate their business.

Same im here in Virginia and most cdl b jobs pay 20-24. I just got back from 3 months otr with western, now I’m local at Pepsi making more than I was otr. Didn’t want to drive cdl b because the pay wasn’t right and cdl b jobs don’t pay more for experience. If youre going class A and are new my recommendation would be to spam applications to every local company regardless of what experience they say is required and if you don’t land any head otr for 3-9 months. Then come back local or change companies for better pay. Good luck!
