Well thought out 👌 and it seems to work good! But if you use the blades and the saw wisely and don't go wild with them, you can save yourself the fiddling when locking them. The lanyard on the ring is always a bit of a nuisance.

Yes agree 👍. Might be most use if you know you are going to be at it for a while and can motivate the overhead...

The adjustable lanyard perfected this. Two things about 58mm SAKs: classic has the ring extremely stupidly at the same side as blade opens to. I dont know about your Minichamp but atleast Rambler isnt as stupid. Another thing is that 58mm benefits greatly from 10mm or thicker lanyard for extra grip and leverage (ish.) So dont let the stupidity of Classic SD ring to confuse

Thank you 👍 Yes that ring is in a really bad position on the Classic 🤔 on my Rombler I changed side to opposte the knife... Tried to lock it now using 2 mm paracord, and guess what 🤭 That is definately another video coming asap

An ole hunters trick. Never used rings just paracord if have something big to break down and just a slip joint.
