Flex & Follow is one of the most useful functions of flex time to have regions conform to the project tempo and vice versa.
This is done with the Flex & Follow option.
Or, you can have two regions with different tempos, and match their tempo using this function.
Lastly, I cover the Flex & Follow options for new recordings and imported material.
You can have Flex & Follow always on, so that it automatically uses smart tempo to quantize your recordings right away.
