Yes, we have 1 bag less garbage per week. I eat tons of veggies now, so 90% of the time the lomi texture is excellent. I use progressive cycles: 1 or 2 eco, 1 lomi approved, and 1 grow mode + Lomi blend. Then I mix 1:1 with a rich planting mix stored open (with grate cover) outside. I also have two composts outside and lomi waste added to the container compost is yielding some seriously deep, rich stuff - almost can't add enough plant matter to that one.

This sounds like a good idea but my concern would be the dirt left behind inside the machine, in particular, any dirt that gets inside the filter that may harbour overtime insects like fruit fly larvae etc. I have OCD so this puts me off getting it. I’m not a fan of having composts in your garden either because the smells might attract rodents or foxes etc.

I have a tupperware plastic canister that I put kitchen scraps in. When the scraps start to decompose, the methane pops the top off the canister and I know its ready to empty into my outdoor compost pile. I wash the canister at the outdoor spigot. No electricity. Cheap. Rasy to clean.

Not everybody has a compost pile.

How long does it take to complete each type of processing ? What about the electricity usage? How many decibels does it produce when it work ?

All that for an apartment? Throw it down the chute. Where do you take the compost if you aren’t using it in the garden?

They live in an apartment. Most apartments have some sort of landscaping outside their building. They can put it there. It's still better than just throwing it down the chute.
