A little something on the Aviation side of my channel.
After coming back from the 1938 Stock tour on Sunday, I heard the sound of the Air Ambulance flying in (those who are aware of it will know the MD902 has a very distinctive sound). I'm used to it flying over my neighbourhood on its cross-London journeys. However it came in very low and so I followed it to the park down the road. Turns out it was a critically ill patient, but they were transported by road vehicle, so the Air Ambulance was most likely brought in to bring a Trauma Doctor to the scene quickly.
Captured the full startup, idle and take-off from the park.
If any aviation enthusiasts/Helicopter pilots here can advise me on the entire start-up and takeoff procedure for the MD902, I'd love to know as it's often interesting to know what each stage or engine throttle is about.
Thank you for watching! :)
