Incredible bit of extra effort to put in his perspective and to put all these timestamps in. Love your content always! It was especially interesting to see Levy’s side of things first, and see how hard it was for him to get an accurate evaluation of some of the complex and double-edged positions you guys achieved (that’s not a dig at him at all-when he said he was winning I thought he was winning, and vice versa; plus, he’s obviously far better than I, a lowly lichess ~1700, am).

Crazy games. I just finished watching Levy's final upload in sync with your twitch vod, so its been a fun few days watching the matches. It's very interesting hearing both of you verbalise each others plans at the same time. Often you will say the exact same squares and ideas within seconds of each other. Having the videos play in sync really highlights how much knowledge both of you have. And makes it fun seeing how you come up with plans to stop your opponent. Really puts a lot into perspective. I am finally inspired to try a d4 opening (after only ever playing E4). Thanks, I have a lot to study and learn from now.

On the subject of Levy's 'arrogance'. I watch Hikaru, Eric, Antonio and Levy regularly now. My initial impressions of each, for comparison, were: - Eric - A sweet and kind man, with a sense of mischief (but always fair). Antonio - A dry sense of humour with an obvious high intellect, (but with no egotism). Hikaru - Patiently communicates with all levels of chess player, and he's sharpest when using intuition. (being 'in the moment') Levy - A natural teacher, can put himself in the shoes of beginners and GMs, but likes to 'banter' more than my sensitive self is comfortable with, (he'd eat me alive in a social situation) I thought about that last part. I watched him in a few 4 Player Chess videos. Good chemistry all round. But I noticed Levy threw out a few 'zingers' that stood out as being kinda harsh. A few joke insults. Banter. And with it was a flash of arrogance. The other three reacted stoically. Next, I saw him check himself, like we all do to ourselves when we, perhaps, were more extrovert or forceful or dominant than usual. Then he said something with sensitivity and kindness. I felt he took a subtle step to make amends for appearing insensitive. He's not arrogant. He's humble. He's smart enough to play with the idea of being arrogant, just for the fun of it.

move 11 of game two, at around 23:02, couldn't the pawn on a6 have been taken? you either end up trading queens and bishops now even on pawns, and your knights are more active, or you just win the pawn without trading. trading might even be more beneficial, because your queen is not in a very active square, or guarding many significant squares
