Birmingham Black population is more predominantly Jamaican/Caribbean based Because so many Caribbean black people that went there after World War II and endured so much racist legislation that took away that earning power, forcing them to live in ghettos. We still say it. It’s not that we don’t know what rah means, it’s that that’s not how you’re meant to order those words. You’re mean to say “rah. She’s fit/banging”. You’re not meant to say “she’s rah banging”. “Rah” isn’t a replacement for “very” or “really”…
