cold and clinical , needs shops, clubs , pubs and casinos at ground level like New York, neon lighting and palm trees every where, give it a real buzz

Thanks 2020 unfortunately Canary Wharf owned by private real estate and this particular area is mostly banks and offices of Central Business District. And yes they do have luxury shopping mall in One Canada Square Tower ground level and pubs cafes and restaurants but not clubs and Casino. Here it's feel like I'm in the Heart of Business.

@@smexplore6199 with it being such expensive real estate , why build small , tall makes more sense , small build taking space that would otherwise be a better long term investment had it been tall

Yeah they need to start focus on other City such as Manchester, Birmingham or Newcastle to make Britain grow faster.
