Long Beans - 1 hand ful ~ 1pound
Fresh shredded Coconut -1/2cup
Green chilli - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
Jaggery - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
Urad dal - 1tsp
Red chilli - 1 broken
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Water - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
