Keep up the good work Harry! I am long hauling since November(previous olympic swimmer) and had to retire in December while I was in good shape.Your videos keep me hopeful for the future. You made a good point in a previous interview…PEM is not deconditioning.

@@harryboby7563Did he say they were presenting their test data on Thursday? If so, could you release a video summary of the findings/recommendations? That would be great!

Im 4 plus years of having this wretched long covid, ive tried everything. Its not as easy as mind over matter, ive been trying that since it started. The physiological damage Covid has done affected the mind for sure. I struggle to be taken seriously by the medical faternity as it is, saying it just a csae of "mind over matter" to heal is going to cause a lot of trouble for long covid, ME, Fibro, PTSD, CFS sufferers

....he's sooo tight lipped it makes me suss...plus,he's a psychiatrist so he has vested interests...but the animal studies will show how it works ....if the machine can monitor yr nervouse system through looking at an mri .....inflammation is only a sign that something is agitated...next step is take a nap and look into it...take pani....lie on the earth.... Yes...put on a rose quartz...

Can any of these brain changes mentioned be measured in a clinical setting? What would a patient ask for to determine if and how long covid affected their brain? Would MRI measure the shrinkage of the cortex?🧠 Any other types of scans that can be done?

I believe its quite a specialist MRI, would be worth speaking to a neurologist and pushing for a specific test

Im taking 250 mg of Quercetin 3x a day, and 3000mcg b12 1x a day to help with inflammation and nervous system reset. Then im trying to get my dopamine levels up as much as possible during the day, music, park walks, ect. Getting sunlight 30-50 min a day to draw out the remaining virus. hopefully this fix doesn't take more than 3 months because u cant take Quercetin long term without potential liver problems.

Too many carbs (sugar) consumed. Sugar is inflammatory. Metabolic disorder which leads to a poor immune system. It all boils down to the state of one’s immune system. The more we take care of our bodies, the better chances we all have. There’s an unprecedented number of people who have lifestyles that are not ideal.
