Short answer, yes. Lawyers will find reasons within the law to exclude things from the video.

You don't need a lawyer on an infraction case. It will cost you more for a lawyer than it will to pay the infraction fine.

@@voyxu143 that wasn't the question. If you watch the trial, you'll hear the lawyers argue back and forth over the admissibility of the statements made by the people in the video. To my understanding, only statements made in the presence of those who testified in court were taken into consideration.

@@MotaDhesi Ok, but like I said in my video, you don't need a lawyer. The video speaks for itself. If the other side gets 50% of it inadmissible the remaining 50% speaks for itself. If you lose, you pay the fine just like you would have previous to attending the court date.
