Great video. Just in two days of practicing this I mastered the technique and went from 21 feet to 22 1/2.

my coach never tell me about doing this exercise, he just told to jump on the checkmate and that's all. and its very hard to break 4,5m) and i really try hard for it. i'll try this drill on track soon. tysm!
