Broke my camera holder. Can’t locate my other clip that works with my tripod. 🙄 Due to that this video was cut very short. I did not film everything I did with this dresser.
What you done see in this video is 2 coats of primer, 3 thin coats of paint, 2 coats of top coat, 3 on the top including a wax layer to protect the top further. Then I used the same paint colour to wash on the legs and then added 2 coats of top coat to those. I cleaned and scuff sanded the handles. Painted them gold and then added gold gilding wax. For the embellishments on the drawers I used a light grey paint with a smaller section of a stencil, then moved it a couple millimeters and added a darker grey overtop to make it look like a shadow of sorts. I also added a healthy amount of Big Mama’s Butta to the inside of the drawers and the drawer tracks.

Custom paint colour (Dixie Belle Latte, Funsion Sandstone and Little Lamb)
Dixie Belle Clear Coat in Flat
