I wish SO makes the ratchet flex head + long handle. I would buy the set in a heart beat. Sometimes SO sends franchisees stuff @ low low price, and you could have great deal if the stuff is what you want. I got 7 pcs metric 3/8 swivel impact socket set for CAD $170 + tax. Once I heard the price, I surrendered my credit card. However I still have them in plastic wrap.....🤔🤔🤣🤣

+Eric Tsai that would be an awesome tool. I would buy that in a heart beat as well. I've got some old Princess Auto ratcheting wrenches kind of like that that I've found invaluable as they were the only tool that I could get into a tight spot. Saved me so much time not having to disassemble the top of Windstar! Snap-on does offer some pretty sweet discounts on somethings from time to time. If you're really lucky the franchisee passes on the deals lol. Talking with my dealer when the franchisee is first starting out they offer all of the years deals all at once asking with a few others. Worked in a body shop for a few months whileI was between work contracts that just got a new dealer. I got all kinds of deals and knocked out a whole pile of stuff off of my wishlist. Lots of buy this get that free plus free swag like t-shirts, hats, and other trinkets. Plus a draw for a fridge that I ended up winning. I endedup getting my swivels from a buddy that owed me some money. Didn't use them right away but then I started using a Milwaukee impact drill with a 3/8 bit and now I use them all the time. Really like them now. My only complaint they skipped sizes that I use regularly so I guess they got me trying to fill the holes. But after finding out about those deals I always make sure I ask for them now and have gotten so cool tools out of the deal.

+Rob's Wrenches yup my rep is female and she is willing to make deals on tools. She is by far one of the best reps I've had over the years! Was talking with her about the Snap-on Tool show this year and she was talking about being one of the few female repsout there and looks and comments she got from the other attendees there. Not something that is very common yet. It wasn't really on my list of stuff I wanted but the price was great and Snap-on is usually pretty good at consistent quality and performance in their ratchets so I figured it would be a quality buy.

Hey man, do the hex ends of those sockets fit into a standard ratcheting combination wrench? I’d like a set but figure I could save money by using my ratcheting wrench instead of that handle.
@AdamRoelofs

Yeah the sockets will fit into an 11 mm wrench. Unfortunately it's an odd ball size that never comes in the sets!

Adam Roelofs what do you mean an oddball size?
@AdamRoelofs

@@_P0tat07_ just being 11mm is usually the size skipped in sets so you have to order it separate or ensure it is added when picking up ratcheting wrenches.

Adam Roelofs I have the 11mm wrench in my snap on set 🙂 I’m really tempted to get these low profile sockets then, especially since they can also be used with a 1/4” drive ratchet.

@@_P0tat07_ Sounds like you're all set then! They are pretty versatile but because of their low profile and how they are all made to fit into an 11mm socket/wrench they are a bit bulky so they sometimes have clearance issues if there isn't a lot of room next to the fastener.
