I have found that as I lost my hearing my balance became an issue. So I exercise daily because I do not know how much physical ability I am losing. Thank you so much for your information. You guys are always my go to.

They are great guys! Also eating non-inflammatory foods helps us stay pain-free! at 64, I'm still pretty flexible and work full time and REMEMBER to maintain good posture *and* stretch during the day...plus getting up from my desk MANY times since I drink tons of water and green tea all day.

These are good basic exercises for everyone. Even very fit athletes should be doing these to start out, and some do. The rest of us should be doing these every day as maintenance exercises to keep our bodies in good working order. These are even good exercises for when you are too sick to do other exercises or even get out of bed. You can be doing these your whole life which is great!

Wonderful exercises. Exactly what I need. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your demonstration of each exercise. I’m 72 and have noticed a gradual loss of balance over time, and couldn’t figure out why. To be able to correct that somewhat with exercise is so encouraging.

Please help me. Iam 16 and have 5 degree scoliosis . I have a mid back pain left side under my shoulder blade near the spine. Its a deep pain. I have had it for 3 months . I do weightlifting and stopped for 2 months as doctors have told me . No improvment. Sometimes i get strong spasms in my mid back but they are kess often now since i spend most of my day in bed. I have done mri on my thoracic spine and nothing suspectful has been shown . The pain is triggered by lateral flexion to the right side. I have noticed that the pain tends to decrease when i retract my scapula. Another thing is that i hear some snapping sound from my left scapula when protracting. Please help i am suffering !

Search bob and Brad scoliosis. They have a video with a lady who talks about it and how to find a therapist certified in scoliosis. Bob and Brad said they don't have enough training in scoliosis. U need to find a certified therapist.

My problem is the right knee stretch since i have an inverted L incision that goes from the xiphoid process to the umbilicus then went to the right due to liver surgery 4 yrs back. I can only stretch halfway thru..and it wouldn't equal with the stretch on the left side. Got a L4/5/S1 disc bulge and C3/4/5 disc bulges too.
