This video helped me very much. I'm new to Muay Thai and i was checking with a flat foot. Amazing how much better it feels being on toes just a bit while checking, kop koon kraph. I saw Sitjaopho on Lawrence Kenshins channel and it inspired me to start Muay Thai. I really respect the love and passion the brothers have for Muay Thai and there students. I wish Sitjaopho much prosperity and i hope one day i can save enough to train there. Thanks you for these videos very much

I wholeheartedly appreciate the English explanation directly from the kru, that way it conveys all the concepts the kru wants to share (bonus, with his charisma). And, I didn't have any issues understanding it. Thank you!!!

Incredible how with such a narrow stance you have so much balance and stability. If I stand that narrow I feel like Ill get pushed over

Very helpful! As soon as I did this I could feel the balance. Also I felt that going up slightly on toe, together with the slight forward leaning creates a buffer for impact, a cushion of some sort. I could feel it just doing it for myself. If immediately felt safer for impact.

Awesome videos! How do you prevent someone from faking a roundhouse and sweeping your standing leg when you lift your leg to block? Thanks again!
