Amazing information thanks for the video. The chaff I have been using in my soil mixture in the garden, it seems to have a firming effect and it also seems to keep moisture or hold water in the soil. Might as well try to find ways of using what usually gets thrown away.

A friend brought us some coffee back from Cuba recently (already roasted...already ground if I remember) and it was pretty bad. Robusta was my guess, and this supports that. Not bad if you mix a small proportion of it into some better coffee, ideally something you are bored with or which lacks character--a touch of the robusta can add some interest to it and provide a change of pace.

In 2014 I purchased 1 pound of India Monsooned Malabar from you and I enjoyed the taste. How often do you have monsooned beans in stock? Is there a certain time of year it is more likely to be in stock? Is India the only country that produces this type of coffee?

If lucky, we get monsooned coffees about once a year. In the past, we have received it at different times throughout the year. Yes, India is the only country that produces it.
