I’ve been lacking on my fitness journey all the time and it really upsets me. Watching your videos and stories keep me going and keep me motivated. I love how honest you are about your life, your mental health and your struggles. It makes me feel that it’s ok to be flawed and not get it right all the time!! Love you, Greg and lulu ❤️

I have so much excess skin and I was 16 when I lost the weight 😭😭 (100 pounds) look in the mirror at 27 and the skin is still all I see. You’re so lucky!!

I've lost 177lbs and I have so much extra skin. I've saved up for years and now I'm having it removed in less than 2 months :) but girl, extra skin is just skin. It doesn't define you, your worth or your beauty.

From my own experience with weight loss, I can say that "Resurge" is a perfect supplement for those who are struggling to lose fat. I have tried a lot of diets, most of them were based only on cutting down the calories but I can tell you for sure that is not the answer. I was in despair until I discovered "Resurge". This is the only supplement that targets the route cause of fat, elevated hormone levels due to toxic pollutants from the modern world. I have not only lost a LOT of weight but I feel healthier, my blood sugar levels are returning to normal ranges and I feel like a new person. For anyone sitting on the fence I would highly recommend giving "Resurge" a try for yourself. Click here for more information: tinyurl.com/resurgexjo

Hi Mari! Your tip about making sure the last rep is to almost failure was really helpful! I’ve been doing the same weight for the longest time so I assumed I needed to do more sets to feel fatigued. This is a game changer! Thanks 😊

hi mari! i’m new to your channel but so far love your videos. i would love if you could make a video (and i’m not sure if you already have) about workouts you started with when you were overweight. i keep getting injured when i do HIIT workouts and any type of squats even when i stretch and warm up before, so i was wondering what workouts you started with!

I would love more input on the types of injuries you went through while training, and what did/ did not work for you. I know you are not a doctor, but it is nice to hear about the challenges that come with becoming fit - not just heres all the things i do, heres a workout to power through, heres a whole bunch of different exercises. Have you hurt yourself before at the gym? Was it due to incorrect form, going too hard too fast, using weights wrong for you? What happened when you hit a plateau? How did you approach fitness with an injury and/or poor mindset (sometimes our body does crazy things when out mind is not in check!) Would love to hear more about your struggles - we get that you’re killin it now ;) but what about before?

If you want to loose fat and gain/maintain muscle in a calorie deficit you should 100% be weight training and still keep your weight high 😊 this will help prevent you loosing muscle while in a deficit!

I see a lot of videos saying do HITT first then do abs exercise because you first need to get rid of the fat to make the abs visible which makes sense. But how do I know when to transition? Also, when I stand up I see lower belly fat and I can pitch and grab some skin which I think is fat, additionally when I sit down my belly pop out and I can grab A LOT more belly fat, so how do i "tighten" my belly fat so my belly fat isn't so bad. more HITT exercise?
