04:25 Main problem of California and LA is. Some parts of California are rich to mucth that some ordinary people(non IT eengineeers, non acctors, non real estate owners and agents, non showbussines people) can not afford life in a rich country such California is. GDP of California is over 105 000 us dollars per capital. GDP of somee cities like San Diego or San Jose is over 200 000 us dollars per capital, per resident. But that GDP is not redistributed equally. And thats the main problem. For examplee, GDP per capital of China is 28 000 us dollars. It means. Average californian makes a 5 times moree money for californian state then average man in China.

Shelter’s comprehensive analysis of official homelessness figures and responses to Freedom of Information requests reveals 1 in 182 people in England are homeless today. The charity’s research shows homelessness has risen rapidly in just 12 months: over 3,000 people are sleeping rough on any given night (26% increase) and 279,400 are living in temporary accommodation (14% increase) - most of whom are families. Ok, I just had to put my 2 cents in. I am from Los Angeles and I've only been to Hollywood twice I think in my whole life. Los Angeles is HUGE. Hollywood (where most residents in other parts of LA don't bother to go, it's a tourist trap) is only a very small part of this huge city. Hollywood does not = Los Angeles, Los Angeles does not = California, and California does not = US. That would be like me going to London and hearing about all the stabbings that I read about and then going wow ENGLAND is so bad. If you would have gone west from there you would have seen Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica, etc. They definitely don't look like that. You say you want to see authentic places in other countries, but for California you chose the worst tourist trap area and skid row. California is bigger than England and Scotland combined. If you go north there's so many beautiful forests, go east there's some mountains and desert, go west we have all the famous beaches, if you're south you can visit mexico for the day and get some good food. I'm not saying it's perfect at all. It's too crowded and too expensive to live here. But everywhere has their own issues. It was disappointing seeing something that was so one sided.

I grew up in Brazil and I have never seen so many homelessness anywhere else other than in the USA; Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco you see homeless everywhere including living under the bridges. In American they have richest living there; Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos but also in America they have thousands of homeless, people on drugs on the streets 24 hours. Everything happens in America.

I’m a US citizen and since the border has been opened our country has gone to hell. The government gives food, shelter, clothing, and more. Yet we can’t even take care of our own people who are homeless and are Veterans. We have people in Philadelphia, PA walking around with merchades. The Venezuela gangs are there and many other places. The US is no longer safe. NY city is really bad. I used to do a lot of traveling back in the day. Now I don’t go far. The illegal immigrants are through our entire country. This is why you’re seeing so much trash, tents, etc. I could go on and on, but I won’t. I think you get the picture. Please be safe while traveling here in the US.

You weren't in the heart of downtown. The area where you walked was always a more industrial area on the edge of downtown. Imo...USA is the best country in the 🌎! There are better opportunities in life and way better high paying jobs that you can’t compare to other countries. That’s why so many hundreds thousands of people wanna move to 🇺🇸. If you go to the US/Mexico border there are Chinese and Europeans at the border. Why not go2 their neighboring countries in Europe and Asia? Why go2 🇺🇸? There’s a British guy with his Filipina wife and his 3yr old daughter renting across my home. He asked me infos about my house. He wants to buy because he said he wants to live here in the 🇵🇭. He said it’s not safe to walk in London anymore. What do you say to that? Can’t wait to see the next video!

I was there as a tourist for a weekend about 12 years ago, I had a ball, completley on my own...I wandered into Echo park and a guardian angel came up to me and told me to get on the train and don't stop walking until I was on it and don't get off until I got back to Hollywood...He followed me down to the train but kept a distance, just looking after me.. He sterotypically looked like someone who would mug me but possibly saved my life that day!! I was so oblivious to how dangerous it was. I was a 22 year old white girl from New Zealand and looked so obviously out of place. Downtown still looked thriving when I was there, Santa Monica, Venice and Hollywood, so much fun, but the strangest vibe to be honest. was nothing like I expected it to be.
