I was 64kg by like Sep 2023. It reduced to 62kg by December... and now I'm 56kg. It's workout and dieting, and it really does work. I look much better in clothes & my face has lost a lot of fat... but I AIN'T GONNA GAIN THAT SHIT AGAIN and I'm doing this workout, I'm still dieting not gonna lie. I'm cutting down on everything I like, and I'm kinda used to it now. This workout actually satisfied me, it's hard but doable. IMMA DO THIS. Day 1 = DONE

Ok I started this 9 days ago bf have done the workout 7 times. I’m seeing and feeling major change in my core and legs! Fantastic workout and super duper fun! I’ve been excited to make time for this and am even MORE EXCITED by the results!!!!!!

@@Redflamez3.0 I’ve done it two times a week for about 18 months and my abs legs and whole body are so happy! Also because you lift your head off the ground my jawline is tighter and more youthful and I’m almost 55! If you visit you channel you can see!

Wow. Really felt this suprisingly! I try to excersize properly few times a week but never done just full floor excersizes! Been dping this daily with another youtube 7 min work out and feel great. Hopefully it will show on the scales soon 🙏🏼

This wasn't too hard for me and I skipped most of the rests but it's probably because I've been doing the Le Sserafim workout for quite a while, but I'm definitely gonna do this more! I felt the burn in my stomach on some of them and that is exactly what I'm looking for. I will do this about 2-3 times a day, especially after I eat to make me feel better.

I felt like dying but I didn't stop, I did swimmer again instead of superman. I can't lift my legs for superman, it's literally impossible. My legs aren't really fat either, my mom says it's the bone weight.
