This diet is retarded Do keto diet. 20 carbohydrates are less a day, weight just falls off. You never have to count calories. You can be Thanksgiving full at every meal. I lost 92 lb.. half a pound a day ,every day for the diet.

Diet is not something you eat to loose weight, diet is by definition is the way of nutrition. You have to be consistent otherwise your weight will fluctuate. You should get on the diet that you can enjoy for the rest of your life. Otherwise you’ll get back to where you started

To all of you out there trying to get fit and loose weight I say stop worrying about the weight and go lift weights, run and ride your bike. Eat plenty of food so you aren't tited or hungry. The rest will take care of itself. The workout will burn fat, the muscles you put on will burn fat while recovery and in the end you will burn more than you are able to eat (unless you eat really unhealthy or unnatural amounts ofc). Try it. I guarantee you will see results in three months.

No you cannot lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks. If you burned 3500 calories a day and ate nothing for 14 days you would lose 14 lbs. Don't listen to the people.

I have just started a Body transformation challenge for KZitem I stated a diet in January. 35 days of the diet and I went down from 88kg to 81.10 kg with no exercise. The correct way to do this is to ass 500 calories, so 1300 calories per day, and do this for 3 days straight. Then, on the 4th day, you eat a normal amount of calories, 2500 or so, to keep your metabolism form crashing Then, the next 3 days, go back to 1300 calories, and then 2500 for one day, again Go back and forth until you reach your goal. This is called the 3-Day Diet, or The Military Diet.

Sorry for telling you this is completely absolutely not right. First you will loose muscle mass with fat which is so bad for your health and shape Second your metabolism will go down and you will burn less calories than you used to be Third you will feel fatigued , tired, bad mood, and your mind will fight you to take you out from this diet, thus there is a high chance that you are going to gain all the weight you lost The best way to do it, cut no more than 500 calories from your maintenance daily calories requirement, beside weight lifting to minimum your muscle mass loose.

My day started with (2) 20oz tbones, toast, half bottle of heinz 57 AND EGGS. There's no way I would even consider this diet but we all have different goals. I wouldn't last a week and anything I lost would be gained back and more. I can eat huge amounts. I do a lot of strength training.

Great info. Sustainable results take time. Who cares if you lose 10lb but crash your metabolism and gain it back the next month. I find the most valuable parts of these diets is reseting your tolerance for hunger, cravings, and learning good eating habits for when you bring the calories back to a normal level.

0:45 is incorrect. It would be correct to say "you will lose muscle and fat". If you want to keep your muscle or even grow them, make sure to eat sufficient protein and health fats and do resistance training.

This below 1200 calories a day is called crash diet and initially you get good weight loss but at some stage you will stop losing even half a pound because crash diet has slowed down your metabolism and it sustaining at 1000 calories per day and if you still want to lose weight then you would have to reduce further calorie intake which is not possible anymore because you need vitamins and minerals for your body to function. So we need to choose calories deficit of 500 a day....
