It's all about taking things simple and not trying to overwhelm yourself so easily that makes you give up Slowly but surely get used to it and make your mind think, "hey this isnt so bad" and it'll be more easier to manage Plus we're proud of you and your commitment!

There is a very small sweet spot where this is possible but very difficult to find since everyone is different. Best to try 15x body weight then adjust 25-50 calories every 2 weeks to see how your body reacts
