Try this weight loss recipe fall 2024 to help support your fat loss journey:
Healthy PSL Recipe:
-1 shot espresso or 2-3 oz strongly brewed coffee
-1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
-1 Tbsp monk fruit maple syrup
-1 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
-1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (I add a little more bc I like it spicy)
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 Tbsp flavored protein powder (think vanilla note flavors)OPTIONAL
-2 Tbsp whipped cream (I'm using coconut whipped cream) OPTIONAL
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium-low heat. Whisk until combined and no clumps are left. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and a small sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
