We all know that the diet makes up 80% of your physique progress yet we tend to put all our effort into the gym and run around endlessly until we give up.
Well today I wanted to share with you the exact meals I ate to lose 40lbs in 5 months, and no it’s not chicken broccoli rice.
Tuna pasta salad the macro friendly way
This will make 10 meals which will fill up 5 days worth of your meals and along with the other foods this will tackle 80% of you diet. The other 20 percent is up to you, if you want pizza have it, ice cream go ahead. You’re already in a deficit for 5 out of the 7 days, that as long as you don’t consume 4,000 calories SATURDAY and Sunday you’ll lose weight
To start take 700 grams of pasta of your choice, I’ve been doing elbow macaroni for 2 months straight right now
While that’s cooking we make our sauce
It consists of
437.5 grams of plain no fat Greek yogurt
10 tbsp or 130 grams of mayo
About two table spoons of red wine vinegar
2-4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Pepper to taste
And two cloves of garlic diced
Mix that up and you have your sauce
If you’re like me and like some spice you can add some siracha as well, I put what I would normally put on a single meal then multiply that buy 8-10
Make some red death and you’re good
Now that the pasta is ready we can add 4 cups of frozen peas and carrots, mix that up
1 can of black beans, and 1 can of chickpeas mix
5 cans of tuna mix that up
Then it’s time to add the sauce
This will take a bit of elbow grease to move around but once you do you’ll have enough to feed a village…. Or 1 body builder
My day looked like this:
Large black coffee, energy drink
Protein bar
Pasta
Protein bar
3 eggs
Pasta
Protein shake
Then pop corn to finish off the night
That all puts me roughly around 2280, I don’t record the peas and carrots because they have such low calories.

But this this is simple and cheap way that helped me lose 40lbs, try introducing them into your lifestyle and they may help
