Rather than a correction, the error on Baruk Khazad only affected some copies. Uncut sheets for expansion sets (40 rares, 40 uncommons, 40 commons) were printed on 11x11 sheets, or 121 slots. A Rare sheet would thus have about 3 copies of each card (with 1 lucky rare having 4 copies). In Baruk's case, one (or two) of those slots had the messed up twilight, and the other two (or one) slots did not. Being as foil cards are pre-randomized, if this wasn't caught in the proofs before printing began, it couldn't really be stopped.

Thanks for the clarification! Since Baruk Khazad also had an AI version, I hypothesize that the shadow twilight version, the regular twilight version, and the AI version were all on the sheet one time each, so they would ironically all be of equal rarity 1:1:1.
