It's not "the public" refusing to let Louis build a new act. It's 0.001% of the crowds who are offended when they go to Governor's comedy club and Louis, like all 'name' comedians trying to write a new hour, appears on stage unannounced. They are the people who live for moments of righteous indignation, who love to be part of the hashtag army, who feel as if their tweets effect social change. And if the hashtags trend, well... that's when 21st Century journalism kicks in. They just sit there waiting for trending topics.

I straight out asked buffled "does it make a difference? Like it's less of an emergency if she was? Just send an ambulance and keep that judgmental attitude to yourself lady.." and my friends are just looking at me like wtf? but the ambulance came anyway and she was drunk actually so they gave her something to wake her up (because I asked them to repeteadly -commotion and all that) and she refused further treatment, they made her sign an agreement that she was refusing help and left, and I was like "she's not in a state to make that call and you should know this" but they left anyway she fell back asleep and woke up the next day with a mayor headache that lasted like 3 days and pain in her head with a bump as well that lasted for a week or so.

Not the same situation. The dispatcher was asking if your friend was drunk because that could directly affect the response the dispatcher actioned. +Nicolas NoD They probably asked that because people who are drunk tend to bleed more. From what I've heard, they consider it MORE of an emergency if the person has been drinking. I saw someone split his head open while falling down the stairs at a venue where I was working (unfortunately, just one of MANY severe injuries, and even one death that I witnessed), and the paramedics could not get his head to stop gushing blood with every heartbeat, despite layers upon layers of bandages. It was REALLY bad. Anyway, yeah. In your case, I'm not too sure that they were being judgmental. They were probably following protocol. The reason I am letting you know is just in case it happens again. If you ever have to call 911 after any injury that is leading to blood loss and they ask if the person has been drinking, you should tell them right away if you know that they have. They will often tell you what to do to help stop the bleeding (pressure, tourniquet, etc.) while you're waiting for help to arrive. (On a side note, I know some people really are judgmental and unprofessional, but even in those situations, you probably shouldn't say anything at that time because there have been cases where 911 operators have hung up on rude callers and people have died. The best thing to do would just be to make a report after all is said and done, and you're certain that the victim is safe.) I hope your friend doesn't experience any long-term complications from that head injury. Sometimes things come back to haunt people much later in life. They really should have listened to you, and brought her in, just to play it safe.
@nicolasnod7359

Thanks for your input, alcohol makes blood thinner and makes it take more time to coagulate, but she wasn't loosing that much blood. She wsa passing out, and I had to keep her awake cos security at the venue didn't know what to do... she's fine as far as I know.

This is such a good contrast to how absurd the censoring "beep" is, in the hurricane of what is actually being told and understood by the viewer. "Beep" is a sound, just like when you say "Shit" Censoring sound makes no sense. You can tell the most horrible antichrist, politically incorrect story, without hitting that "beep" a single time.. And it would be ok? Or would it? What the hell is that beep for? With that said love Louis.. And I really miss some new material from him...
