Great video, easy enough for any beginner. I like also how you kept the spices simple. And stay true to the flavor profile. Of New Orleans. Thanks also for giving the recipes measurements. So that we know how our should look. At every stage of the process. I will share your recipes and page with others. Blessings Beautiful Lady 🌹. To your Heart, Hands, & Table ❤

Cooking spray or unsalted butter for the crab mold would help to prevent the crab stuffing from sticking to the mold. Good job.

Try adding in 2 tsp. of smoked paprika (for the batch size you made in this video) next time and also give each a light sprinkling on top and you will be in love. Your recipe is the same one I use, but when someone told me about the smoked paprika and I tried a little on just one crab before adding to the whole mix, I got hooked! Crab meats too expensive to be messing up, so I did a trial run on that one crab and was so glad I did. You did a great job on your video. When you got your hands in there and started mixing, my mouth started watering lol.. I'm steaming up a bushel of well seasoned Chesapeake blue crabs tomorrow (eating straight from the shell) and I can't wait. It's a lot of work picking them, but it's well worth it! 🦀💙🦀🤍🦀❤🦀

Everybody makes these in the greater New Orleans area... we just call them stuffed crabs since our food culture is defined as creole (colonial Louisiana origin culture) there is no need to add the word creole. But they are so delicious though. Good video, thanks.
