People pleasers come off as nice but they are not, they can’t say “no,” so resentment builds up. Never date a people pleaser because the are only trying to please others such as family, friends, everyone that ask. Then you come last because they don’t know how to say no. And you get a burnt out/exhausted/emotionally unavailable partner who is never authentic or honest. So one day they will snap.

Finding love is complicated, relationships are complicated. For most of us, the relationships we are looking for, do not come without kissing many of frogs first. Maybe this is because, anything worth anything in this life, does not come easy. That goes for the the right mate as well. Why should getting a college degree, a high power job, buying a house, car, etc, etc, be difficult, yet finding the perfect person that completes us, be easy?? We may want it to be easy, because we crave it soooooo very much, but should it be? I have learned in my over 60 years of life, don't rush the process. Walk away as soon as you see the red flags. There is certainly someone out there for you, that will make your heart sing, and bring peace to your soul. Believe that! In the meanwhile, watch, learn, and listen when it comes to relationships. So, by the time your turn comes to be with your King, you will be more than ready to give and receive happiness with them!!

Great video. I'm learning the word "Patience". From my perspective, the word "Love" is passed around too often and too many times the word "Love" is used out of selfishness. For instance, If someone is doing something that I desire then I love them. If Love is not enough to keep a man then he was never "in love". Love is not a FEELING it's a decision that says sacrifice "regardless of anything I will decide to wake up and still choose you over anybody else. I'll give you all of me and make sure I show you genuine love by my actions." Time reveals the truth behind a lot of things in this world. The time it takes to pill an orange and just to finally get a bite and figure out if it'll be sweet or sour. Love "is" everything when it's genuine.

Good stuff my remix of Taye Diggs & Idris Elba lol 😂 it’s a compliment but you are on point... I just was having this type of chat with my male counter part and I observed he exudes R & R which automatically mirrors onto me so I have to give back what’s being expose (R & R = RESPECT & REVERENCE) respect and reverence... during my journey a few years back I finally understand and realized what you’re saying 20+ years of mixing and mingling lol 😂 be his friend, create a bond receive their truths and transparency & don’t rush the end goal - Great commentary Sealz the Man keep going and providing magnificent content because you’re simply MAGNIFICENT Xx

The thing is, this video is great and I appreciate all the honesty and it's true however what's really conflicting and awful is that as a black single woman who has a college degree was in the military for over 10 years, is very fun loving, travels, loves Jesus I make my friends laugh...... not only just being single but dating men who even when you show that you respect yourself they are still disrespectful, putting yourself out there and being vulnerable and genuine and not being appreciated, reading the Bible and reading books by self-help so-called gurus who are Christian who give decent advice but when you follow that advice it just doesn't work; 🤷🏾🤦🏾 I honestly think that it has to be God brought that person to you or it's not ever going to happen I think it also has to be that of course we love ourselves and we are healed from any past traumas on both sides. Men really do hold the power in a relationship biblically because from my experience men want to chase and be the Hunter but I am a very good woman who is alone and still hasn't had a man find me who is kind and worthy of me and that makes me achingly sad. So many men are selfish, looking for a "Barbie" doll figure, and are guarded and emotionally unavailable. You are flawed and expect me to be perfect? Think again.

Sealz I laugh and cry at these truths 😊 I am a love child and for me this simply means if you say you love then I will experience the actions of how I want to be loved in any kind of relationship. If It doesn't line up then I know what the real deal is. We talking about actions speaking louder than words 💯
