There was something so powerful, pure and otherworldly about her entire presence...the beauty beyond all comparison, every angle is like looking at a piece of art. The gossamer sheen of her beautiful cocoa colored skin, her jawline , her swanlike neck, the shape of her mouth, her beautiful teeth, her posture, and the way she comports herself when she is singing, she was absolute physical perfection and molded by the heavens to be nothing less than a superstar... then of course there is that incredible voice which transports us into another realm. Whitney was magnificent. There isn't any other singer who emotes which such incredible emotion like her...in my opinion she was the greatest female singer to ever grace this dysfunctional planet and we only have God to thank for her. Shame on everyone who ever laughed at her struggles and those who played a part in her downfall. She was powerful and yet incredibly fragile and she buckled under all of the pressure and betrayal. During her struggles, we should have embraced her, enfolded her with love and compassion and lifted her up, but people were driven by sheer greed and jealousy. Her own family used her and fed her drugs while cheating her out of millions, all while the media was hounding her, and profiting off of her pain by feeding the publics voracious appetites for celebrity gossip. In the end she crumbled and fell. As was said in one of the movies about her life,......"She died of a broken heart." As unbelievably talented and incredibly beautiful as Whitney was, she was still only human. Rest in peace angel. Your talent was so enormous it will live on forever. You will never ever be forgotten.

Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I miss that voice so much! But I'm thankful to have been able to witness her blessing from God during my lifetime! She had her struggles, as we all do, but what made it worse was that her life was on public display and she was judged when she should not have been! Not one of us has the right to do that to someone else because we all have our failures and shortcomings, but we do it anyway! I SOOOOO wanted her to overcome her demons and I am sure that she tried but God knew best! She's resting now but she was TRULY a BLESSING and GOD'S child! I will always miss and love her and am thankful for her God given gift and for sharing it with the world! Keep resting Whtiney! YOU WERE and ARE STILL LOVED and MISSED GREATLY!!!

Love the way she held a note, while walking to the beat of the music at 4:50....She just does it so effortlessly.

All the so called great singers today look second rate next to Whitney. Omg she was THE BEST, and always will be. My heart aches that shes no longer with us, we were truly blessed to have heard her perfect vocals.

To this day, NOBDOY can work a medley like her!! Those songs seemed the one. The first mashup! Also, nobody brings that natural charisma, it wasn't just the VOICE, it was the whole performance.
