Well done for getting back on track with your low carb healthy eating plan, Doing regular updates will definitely help to keep you focused. Having a fluid meal plan is a good idea. I like the sound of the Apple & Walnut Muffins 😋 Thick 0% fat greek yogurt topped with some fruit, a little bit of granola & a drizzle of Sweet Freedom syrup (or Skinny Syrup) makes a quick tasty breakfast. I am just building my steps up ever week. Looking forward to your next update xx

I've slipped back abit but will be on plan from tomorrow.I wish you all the best ,its so hard at times .I'm counting calories and trying to do alittle more exercise but it is hard if you have Arthritis. Take care.x.

Hi karen, Thanks for your vlog. I found your food plan very varied, I will definitely be trying a few of them as I'm on low carb, too. I have also gained a few pounds as I fell off the wagon as you do, and like yourself, I also have a very sweet tooth. Cakes and biscuits are my downfall so I just don't buy them any more instead I bake myself a carrot cake cut it into slices wrap it in cling film then pop it into a freezer bag and freeze all the slices individually that way it lasts ages and it stops me eating more than one slice. I find that I only have to have 2 or 3 days of eating any kind of carbs, and the pounds just go straight back on in no time at all. It's so hard. I find you really do have to work at meal planning and also planning your shopping list to stay on track. My other half is like your Warren, and I also have to cook us different meals sometimes. It's good to help each other with ideas and just the encouragement helps, especially when you know others are doing it with you. ❤x

Hi Karen, you sound motivated for your meals for the week…good luck 🤞 Food prices have gone up haven’t they? Can you not freeze the cheese? We do but haven’t tried the feta type, I’m not so keen on that it usually freezes ok haven’t had any problems. Your make up is looking lovely, are you still using the nubo (?) I bought it on your recommendation & love it 👍 Must have a look for the LipKit next time I’m in Aldi, I did get the Lacura Hot Cloth vitamin c. 1st time I’ve had it & it’s gorgeous would recommend if you see it. Hi Lynda - yes the Nubo mascara is still my favourite, it works fantastic on my fine lashes, so glad you like it. The lipkits are really nice but they are matte so I put a gloss over the top of it. I'll look out for the Hot Cloth vitamin C it sounds good xx

I think it must be hard to be on low carbs,and not eat meat,hard to keep up your protein intake.I have frozen mozzarella,but not cheese like feta,I make sure I don’t touch the cheese with bare hands,and use o freshly cleaned knife,then I wrap the leftovers tightly,and put at the back of the fridge.I live alone so I often have leftovers,and that usually works for me.

I do find it hard not eating meat on low carb but I do eat fish so that helps. I need to google if you can freeze feta! Thanks for watching Janet x

Karen i forgot to say. I wrap my feta tight in cling film and then pop it into an airtight container and i find it does last a bit longer. X

Oo that very low carb diet looks a bit harsh. We eat sensible - low fat & light carbs etc but couldnt do no meat & no carbs! I cannot stand, due to my back - lumbar stenosis, so exercising is difficult & walking almost non existant. Can just about scrabble around a small aldi on a trolley. I really wanted those lip pencil kits but none came in!

Hi Linda - yes it's quite hard not eating meat on a low carb diet ... I do have up to 130g carbs per day but having Type 2 diabetes it's better for me to stay low. I hate it when my local Aldi don't get the things everyone else seems to be buying, very annoying! Thanks for watching :-)
