┃ Ingredients ┃
15g Okara powder (fine powder type) 15g
5g cocoa powder
20g Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
3g baking powder
1 egg
5g mayonnaise
80ml nonfat milk (milk, soy milk, or almond milk can also be used)
cacao 72% chocolate (optional)
┃ How to make ┃
1, Crack 1 egg into a microwavable heatproof Tupperware and beat well.
Size of heatproof Tupperware: 10cm x 10cm x 5cm
2, Add 15g okara powder, 5g cocoa powder, 20g lakanto, 80ml fat-free milk, 5g mayonnaise, and mix well until powdery.
3, Add 3g baking powder and mix well.
4, Add 1 piece of 72% cocoa dark chocolate, crushed to taste, and mix well.
5, Wipe off the batter around the container and heat in a microwave oven at 500W for 5 minutes.
