I just purchased a Takagi tankless water heater to do my radiant heat at my cabin. Will I need a primary loop or can I do it with one pump ( one zone, 4 300 foot loops ) and just circulate it through the floor like that?

Hi, new sub here, I live in Ontario, Canada & I'm renovating a 50 yr old 3 season cottage by a lake. The place was built with electric baseboard heaters which work well & I installed a wood stove a couple of yrs ago when I decided to live there full time. I'm now looking to install a mini split heat & air unit & would like to know if I could take this opportunity to install a radiant heating system & would like to hear your thoughts on using a natural gas (gas is new to my area) tankless water heater along with a "cold climate mini split heat & air unit". I presently have a 40 gal electric hw tank which provides enough hot water for my uses. Am I correct that even with a tankless hwh I would still need to keep my hw tank? Can you tell me if there are any systems that come packaged altogether or would I need to buy separate parts? The cottage is only about 650 Sq ft, all on 1 level, building is on blocks, no enclosed basement. I'm looking for something that will save $ in the long run & not take up a lot of space inside my small cottage. Can you suggest anything to save me $$ long term over electricity & save space in my small cottage? "Cold in Canada"
