This is my second time doing this workout, was able to make it through this time, but the first time I only made it to round two, I took a nice break, and worked extra hard on the 3rd round! As long as you work hard and complete all the rounds, will make all the difference, keep it up and good luck to your healthy goal.

Great workout, thank you! I've tried several of the easier cardio workouts and this is one of my favorite. I started working out 8 weeks ago and have lost 15 lbs and 8+ inches. +Rachel Johnson Getting past the two week mark was tough for me and I didn't see many changes until after 4 weeks. I did notice a huge difference in how I felt though. I was using a walker with a back brace and knee braces on the rare occasions I got up from the sofa and now I can finally get around without any of that and am able to easily go downstairs to do my own laundry. There's nothing like regaining your independence. Keep up the good work! :)

+Hal Braun I have never heard this before. I'll check it out. At this point anything is worth a try. I have been doing so much better since starting this program. I have more energy now and able to do the HIT cardio by fitness blender. I started with the easier ones and as I lost more weight I progressed to the more difficult ones. Its really tuff but I just try to keep motivated even if my legs are on fire and I want to quit. But I'm not going to fail myself I want to get in shape more than anything. So stay strong everyone, it's mind over matter a lot of hard work and dedication as well as clean eating. That's ruff to but it has to be done to get the results you want. i exercised regularly and started to have knee pain. So I laid off working out and began to feel sluggish and gained some weight. Everything cardio I tried hurt my knee more. Until this workout...I am drenched in sweat and feel that I can recover my knee and regain my level of relative fitness. Thank you for knowing what to do!!

***** I know right? These exercises are a hell of a lot easier when you're 140 lbs instead of 280. On the other hand, it does make for a hell of a workout. :D

***** actually, Kelli used to be 40lbs heavier. It does get easier as you continue though. .

Happy New year bitches!!! I suggest you mute this video, put on your favorite music to groove to, and do the damn thing. Never quit, take breaks, up to 90 seconds and jump back in. Even if it gets too hard, keep moving, even if you're just marching in place, this will help your endurance! We can totally do this...

The last exercise of this set was so brutual but it was also the last one so I kept telling myself THIS IS IT. I love how it is low impact and still makes you work for it -- honestly you two know how to construct a brilliant workout.

I am definitely above beginner (maybe intermediate), but I have chronicle pain in my lower back and now it's this time of the year with the pain. I had scheduled HIIT, but I decided to try this one and be gentle with my back. I was sweating insanely after this workout... Loved it.
