I don't have a big yard to speak of, only a 4 x 1 m front yard, with flowers in pots only. So, your garden to me is a joy to behold. Like you get excited as you keep walking because you know the fruits of your labor are waiting for you to harvest.

Great job! I have always recommended that some of these nursing home, instead of housing d elderly 24/7, they can keep them busy, with something like this. Same thing for those bored, depressed, or whatever. It's a great source of entertainment. Once again kudos.

Hey Dan, in looking around my yard, I see so many of your influences (plant types, techniques, appreciations, etc), please keep up the great work. It’s appreciated! If you ever consider holding an open house, please let me know, I’d love to see your yard in person.

I've just started watching your channel. Extremely awesome concept of food forest. I started 2 years ago up here in the PNW. It's super challenging from what I'm used to. San Fernando Valley is my stomping grounds but would not change this for the world. Having a Chronic Pain 24/7 has been a bear but gardening has given me a purpose. Love the Hugelkulter idea going to start soon on that project.

Great video, I'm impressed with your foodforest. I'm planning to start one soon (SE Queensland Australia ). My only concern is being overwhelmed with produce, I don't need so much. Adult kids live couple of hours away and I don't have the stamina to go to the market to sell produce.

I don't own a property, could you possibly do a video with tips on good choices for a semi-permanent place? There's a great yard where I am, I'll be here at least 2 years hopefully. I understand some of the methods need several years to be practical. Also, if I have some things in pots (fruit trees possibly) in the garden, would that still work ok? Sorry for the long comment, love your channel!! 💜
