Sleeping at day time disrupts cycadian rydhm. Rising early and sleeping early is good for health. Person must go to bed just after sunset and arise with sunrise. Sleeping at 1 am and rising at 9 am despite 8 hour are detrimental to health

21:20 I want to point out that, not undersleeping it's also oversleeping also cause problems. 7-8 hours of sleep what is needed for normal function. Don't sleep after 8 am!

Right amount of sleep is when you wake up fresh. That's the adequate amount.

If I recall correctly, Mr Desai was a corporate guy making retail profitable. He miserably failed in everything he put his hands on. I hope he does the same again.
