You can take those little rubber O-rings out and only put the green water restrictor back in. All these new faucets have them inside due to the EPA rule requiring them. I always remove them. In regular faucets, the aerator at the tip of the spout has these same type water restrictors, but they are barely perceptible and are like a clear film with lots of microspores in them. Just take the corner of a screwdriver and scrape them off. They're almost always right in the top of the aerator. Removing them gives normal or better water flow.
