Great analogy, this peak of analyzing draft. Wish more to come! Ty for uploading it. Any players who have similar view as LS, who uploads same video. So far i know coach curtis and other videos, but forgotten.

I think LS said that there are members of TSM who dislikes him back when it was the DLift roster and therefore it was not a possible change. I wonder if the statement is still valid now...

@@Savings_and_Grift_Plan I'd think it is less since on the Doublelift LS LCS co-stream, LS said that he thought Dlift hated him since DL scoffed at the idea on having LS as a coach on one of the Thorin talkshows. DL replied that he did not hate him. So the misunderstanding there was lifted. Nevertheless, LS recently denied that he is going to be the new Head Coach on stream. I do want to see LS coach a top team but at the same time LS as a caster and a streamer provides lots of contents as well.

To summarize all the draft vids I have seen so far: - Always pick scaling champs, never pick early game champs - Don't give a shit about your lane matchups. Alsong as a pick fits your comp, you will blind pick him. - Instead of banning counterpicks, you should be good enough to actually invite your enemy to play them. - Never pick Aatrox, Renekton or Elise. Ever. - Flex as many of your picks as you can. Even if they are severly worse on one position than another, the flexibility in draft is worth having a off role pick.

Well, Renekton is good now, but everything else is pretty spot on. Lane counterpicks dont matter in proplay for the most part because pros know how to play losing matchups without falling behind too much. Team synergy in mid and lategame is way more important, which is the same reason why picking early game champs is usually a bad idea. And flexpicks give massive draft edges.

It's not "don't give a shit about your lane match ups" I don't understand how that could be the take away. It's, "If you can pick a champion with superior scaling relative to the enemy team comp/laner, but the laning phase isn't 100% winning, but it's playable, that's fine, pick it." The match up must be playable. And the scaling must be relative to the enemy team as a whole, not solely on an individual basis.

can anyone please explain how Aatrox hurts the effectivness of Thresh and J4 on the same team?
@youtube-nutzer2895
4 жыл бұрын
J4 and thresh dont have to necessarily engage. If you pick aatrox (who can only engage) you force your thresh and j4 to engage aswell (they cant just let him backlinedive alone) and that just gives the enemy alot of information on how your whole comp is gonna turn out. If you dont pick something onedimensional like aatrox, the enemy doesnt know if youre playing a pick, engage, disengage etc comp since thresh and j4 can adapt pretty decent.

Basically red side is easier to play as, so riot actually puts better players on blue side. Therefore, win rate on red side is lower, so you should dodge red side. Is confirmed by dopa.
