After weeks of research, concerning the accuracy of the final clamp force when using a TTA method with “Used” bolts.
My tests show inconsistent torque figures when using the TTA method with Used bolts. It's not a good thing when all the "Used" fasteners after multiple TTA exposure show signs of fatigue via obvious stretching.
I learned the TTA bolts just weren't intended to have multiple uses by the TTA assembly method after the very first time.
I used a beam style torque wrench to Test/Check the final tightening torque on each fastener after TTA. Multiple tests per fastener, here's why: Each torque wrench had a slightly different 15# torque, I had to first identify the starting torque accuracy. The addition of the TTA gauge made further testing easier/consistent.
I determined: Torque at a 3 step process. Lightly oil threads NO ARP Moly Lube. (Moly lube of any kind reduces the Torque value needed to obtain a target bolt stretch, by reducing frictional resistance)
11mm rod bolts 50 ftlb
13mm inner main bolts 65 ftlbs
15mm Outer main bolts 55 ftlbs
